ALISHA MCCABE, LCSW
CLINICAL DIRECTOR, PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space at our behavioral health clinic for clients to explore their inner selves and overcome personal challenges and relationship difficulties. I am always honored by the courage and strength it takes for the individuals and couples that I work with to share their stories and narrative with me.
I bring 20 years of experience working in behavioral health with me to every session to help my clients reach their highest potential and most authentic selves. I believe that life is a journey well-traveled when we are willing to remain curious, accept what we cannot change, learn from our past, and create the life that we desire.
My practice as a CBT therapist and trauma therapist incorporates CBT, EFT, and ACT principles for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide ADHD assessments and diagnosing, as well as education and coping strategies specific to ADHD. I also provide Couples Therapy for couples looking to deepen their connection and improve the quality of their relationships.

MACEY GARRIDO, LLMSW
CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST
My aspiration as a therapist is to join with you in your personal goals, and help you reach them one open conversation at a time. I know how scary therapy can seem, but I encourage you to take that step anyway, because sometimes doing something out of our comfort zone is the first step to creating positive change.
My career has been centered around assessment and treatment of early childhood, adolescence, adults, and families. I have worked in elementary schools, middle schools, childhood trauma assessment programs, substance abuse prevention, and as an individual therapist for individuals throughout the lifespan. Through the range of different experiences, I have gained a wealth of knowledge that I bring into my practice to understand and address your unique set of needs as a CBT therapist and trauma informed therapist.
I have always had a passion for helping others and creating a safe place for clients to express themselves freely. My goal is that when you join me in a therapy session you feel heard, respected, and most of all supported. I am looking forward to meeting you!
JUSTINE SEELEY, LLMSW
CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST
I believe in the power of change, acceptance, and growth when individuals are provided with the necessary resources, support, and tools. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Before joining the team, I worked as an inpatient social worker at the Veteran Affairs Hospital and in a private practice setting.
I am deeply enthusiastic about the power of an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. By utilizing psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), I can address a wide range of needs ranging from anxiety, depression, and grief/loss to low self-esteem and confidence. My focus as a CBT therapist and trauma therapist is on trauma-informed, person-centered techniques, ensuring that therapy is tailored, collaborative, and unique to each client. This holistic approach creates an optimal environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings and effectively tackle any challenges they may face.
Establishing connections is a professional duty and a personal passion for me. I have a strong desire to connect with individuals in meaningful ways and to understand their unique experiences and needs. Ultimately, I understand the vital importance of human connection, as I have faced my own life traumas and setbacks, and I hope to assist you through yours.
MACAULEY O'CONNELL, LLMSW
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST
Let’s face it — our world is rapidly changing and can leave us feeling disjointed, isolated, and lost. The constant push for instant gratification and immediate responses can crowd out the space we need to recharge, repair, and relate to one another. I want you to know that you are not alone. As a mental health professional and trauma therapist, I see my role as a partner in your journey toward support, self-discovery, and intentional growth. Together, we will confront the realities of your lived experiences, making space for healing and transformation.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Polyvagal Theory. For those living with PTSD or other trauma-related symptoms, I offer EMDR therapy as a pathway toward deeper healing.
Some of my practice specialties are substance abuse counseling, trauma recover, anxiety and depression. My practice provides an affirming space for all individuals, including LGBTQIA+ individuals. I strive to cultivate an environment where all clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to take the next step in your journey toward healing and growth.
CHERYL BOCHENEK, LLMSW
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST
In a world where technology promises to simplify life, many of us are still overwhelmed by the constant demand for availability and instant responses. It’s easy to feel emotionally drained, disconnected, and barely holding it together—especially under the pressure to appear “fine.” You don’t have to face it alone.
As a trauma therapist with over 16 years of experience, I offer a collaborative space where you can slow down, exhale, and reconnect with yourself. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, parents feeling overwhelmed by the demands of raising children, and the everyday emotional weight of being human. My work also includes supporting those dealing with depression, grief, and the emotional challenges that come with life transitions and loss. My approach is integrative and person-centered, blending evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, IFS, MI, and IPT with a healthy dose of realness—and yes, humor.
I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. I’m direct but kind: I’ll tell you the truth, but always with empathy and respect. The space I create is judgment-free, collaborative, and often unexpectedly engaging—even fun. I’m not your typical therapist, and I lean into that. Sessions with me feel less like a lecture and more like an honest conversation with someone who truly gets it. If you're ready to unpack the hard stuff, gain some insight, and maybe even laugh along the way, I’d be honored to walk with you.
